लेप्रोसी (कुष्ठ) रोग

 दुनिया में वर्ल्ड लेप्रोसिटी साल के पहले महीने के चौथे रविवार को मनाया जाता है लेकिन भारत में यह मुख्य रूप से 30 जनवरी यानी की महात्मा गांधी की पुण्यतिथि पर बड़ी धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है।

लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग एक संक्रामक रोग होता है जो की इसके द्वारा पीड़ित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से फैलता है। यह मुख्य रूप से त्वचा संबंधित रोग होता है जो हमारी त्वचा पर विभिन्न प्रकार के हानिकारक नीरा रासायनिक परिवर्तन के कारण त्वचा के सेल्स को मार देता है जिसे हमारी त्वचा में कई प्रकार की समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है।

लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग जो मुख्य रूप से हमारे परिधिय तंत्रिका तंत्र को प्रभावित करता है जिसमें मुख्य रूप से हमारी त्वचा मस्तिष्क तथा रीड की हड्डी के जो मुख्य रूप से बाहर की नसों को हानि पहुंचती है।

कुष्ठ रोग अर्ली पड़ोसी रोग जो दुनिया में सबसे सबसे पुरानी बीमारी मानी जाती है जिसे कोड भी कहते हैं इसके बारे में अलग-अलग हिस्सों में अलग-अलग भ्रांतियां कहानी फैली हुई है जिसमें कोड से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को श्रापित व्यक्ति माना जाता है और उसे एक कलंक के रूप में देखा जाता है और कहीं-कहीं तो अभी भी इस भ्रांति से लोग पीड़ित है कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित व्यक्ति के पास लोग देखना वह चुन तक नहीं चाहते हैं क्योंकि इनके पीछे कई भ्रांतियां फैली हुई है।

         🔴   लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग के मुख्य लक्षण   🔴

✴️त्वचा पर किसी प्रकार का स्पर्श महसूस ना होना 

✴️आंखों का कमजोर होना यापलकों को जल्दी-जल्दी             जपकाना 

✴️बालों का झड़ना 

✴️चेहरे का रूप या चमक खत्म होना 

✴️चमड़ी मोटी हो जाना

✴️चमड़ी पर हल्के-हल्के दाने होना

✴️उंगलियों का सुन हो जाना 

✴️त्वचा पर लगे घाव पर जल्दी ठीक ना होना 

✴️मांसपेशियों का कमजोर होना

✴️हाथ पैरों में झनझनाहट 

✴️हाथों में जलन होना

✴️बॉडी पर हल्के-हल्के दानेदार कीले होना 

          🔴     कुष्ठ रोग फैलने का मुख्य करण    🔴

✴️👍लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग प्रमुख रूप से संक्रामक बीमारी या रोग है जो की कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से भी फैल सकता है फैलने का मुख्य कारण माइक्रो बैक्टीरिया लेपुरी नामक वायरस होता है जो कि संक्रमित व्यक्ति में पाया जाता है जब भी कोई संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आता है तो यह माइक्रो बैक्टीरिया नामक वायरस उसमें चला जाता है और वह भी इसका शिकारी हो जाता है।

✴️👍यह कुष्ठ रोग से संक्रमित व्यक्ति के खांसने या छींकने से यह माइक्रो बैक्टीरिया हवा में चले जाते हैं और किसी सर्च व्यक्ति द्वारा स्वास्थ्य लेने पर उसे व्यक्ति के ना किया मुंह के द्वारा उसके शरीर में प्रवेश कर देता है और वह भी इसका शिकारी हो जाता है।

✴️👍लेप्रोसी रोगी से संक्रमित रोगी के सम्मान के प्रयोग से यह जल्दी फैलता है इसलिए उनका नियमित रूप से साफ-सफाई और धोए।

✴️👍 कुष्ठ यह लेप्रोसी रोग गर्भधारण की वह महिला से उसके बच्चों में नही फैलता है।

✴️👍 और यह किसी से शारीरिक संबंध बनाने पर भी नहीं फैलता।

✴️👍 संक्रमित योगी का भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाके में घूमने

✴️👍 कुपोषित व्यक्ति को जल्दी लगता है

✴️👍  काफी दिनों तक एक ही बिस्तर का प्रयोग करने से यह लंबे समय तक अपने बिस्तरों की साफ सफाई नहीं करने से।

                   🔴   कुष्ठ रोग के बचाव के उपाय  🔴

✴️👍लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग से ग्रसित व्यक्ति को उपचार के लिए एंटीबायोटिक दी जाती है जो की त्वचा के शेर उसको रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता प्रदान करते हैं और इस रोग का उपचार मुख्य रूप से 5-6 महीने तक चलता है।

✴️👍मल्टी ड्रग थेरेपी लेप्रोसी कुष्ठ रोग से ग्रसित व्यक्ति के लिए एक सामान्य बचाव का उपाय होता है जिसे हम शॉर्ट में MDT भी कहते है।

✴️👍कुष्ठ रोग से संक्रमित व्यक्ति को थैलिडोमाइड की भी परामर्श दिया जाता है जो कुष्ठ रोग के कारण या लेप्रोसी के कारण रोगी की त्वचा पर कोई गांठों को काम करने में मदद करता है या मुख्य रूप से गांठों के इलाज करता है।

✴️👍लेप्रोसी या कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित व्यक्ति से उचित दूरी बनाए रखें

✴️👍संक्रमित व्यक्ति के आसपास साफ सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखें रखें।

✴️👍BCG का टीका लेप्रोसी रोग से संक्रमित व्यक्ति को उचित समय पर बीसीजी का टीका जरूर लगाए जिससे कुछ हद तक इस पर नियंत्रण किया जा सकता है।

✴️👍 एंटीबायोटिक के सेवन से यह देखा गया की एंटीबायोटिक सेवन से लेप्रोसी रोग में काफी हद तक नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है लेकिन एंटीबायोटिक का सेवन करने से पहले अपने डॉक्टर से एक बार परामर्श जरूर लें क्योंकि एंटीबायोटिक कभी-कभी शरीर के लिए घातक सिद्ध भी हो सकती है।

       🔴  Leprosy prevention measures 🔴

 ✴️👍A person suffering from leprosy is given antibiotics for treatment, which provides immunity to the skin cells and the treatment of this disease mainly lasts for 5-6 months.

✴️👍Multi Drug Therapy Leprosy is a common preventive measure for a person suffering from leprosy, which we also call MDT in short.

✴️👍A person infected with leprosy is also prescribed Thalidomide which helps in treating any lumps on the patient’s skin caused by leprosy or leprosy or mainly treats the lumps.

✴️👍BCG vaccine: A person infected with leprosy must be given BCG vaccine at the appropriate time so that it can be controlled to some extent.
